Youth Peace Group Danube está buscando a un participante para una vacante de voluntariado europeo, que tendrá lugar a partir del 1 de mayo de 2016, en total cinco meses.
El voluntariado tendría lugar en Vukovar, una ciudad croata que hace frontera con Serbia.
Las tareas a realizar durante el voluntariado son las siguientes:
Main project activities for volunteers are:
- Home assistance – Helping elderly people in everyday life,
- Social activities for elderly people – (cooking, exchange of recipes, social games, computer lessons, talking, socialization)
- Social activities for youth – social games nights, movie nights, sports nights, philosophic café
- Social activities for children – organisation and implementation of workshops for children – art & craft workshops, lego workshops
- Promotion of opportunities for youth – participation in organisation of events, campaigns and promotional activities for youth, opportunities for work, studying, language courses, participation in working camps or how to find learning opportunities (youth exchanges and trainings), volunteering abroad – promotion of Erasmus+ programme in youth area and informing youth
- Inter-cultural evenings of volunteers
- Personal EVS project
- Promotion of project activities through social networks and online communication channels (video, photo, articles/news) and info tools, developing brochures, flyers and presentations, editing photos and movies from activities.
